I was really impressed with Sun Auto. My Tech Robert displayed excellent customer Service. Very knowledgeable, kind, great energy, and detailed at explaining to me what my auto repair plan was and needed to be. The inside of the establishment was beautiful. You would think you were in a hotel lobby instead of a auto repair shop. Great Job Robert and Sun Auto.

Victor came and assisted me when I needed him the most. I had to reschedule a tire flat repair as my vehicle could not be repaired during that time. I was only available after hours of the store being open and victor still came to repair my vehicle even though he didnt have to. Absolutely amazing of you victor. I will never forget the amazing service you provided. You are a great person. Thank you victor and his caliber crew!

Customer Service is a major plus for me and Sun Auto has definitely set the bar. From the phone conversations to in-person service, all the guys I talked to are extremely helpful, respectful, and kind. Also knowing this is literally a one stop shop for all your auto needs is another plus! Auto service can get pricey but the quality of the service I’ve received so far is worth the price of their services. Not to mention, they have a play area for your kids, a fridge full of water, a coffee station, AND shuttle service! I’ve already been recommending them to family and friends. To everyone at Sun Auto on Potranco, keep up the great work!

Very courteous and fast service. Mr. Robert Guerra listened and is very knowledgeable. My vehicle had a very intermittent problem for two years, that two other garages could not find. I think Sun Auto solved the problem.

Ariel was definitely my ray of sunshine at sun auto! She was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Prices were very affordable compared to other shops. 10/10 recommend!!

These worker are very professional. I called to get a coolant flush at Firestone and they gave a bunch of BS about "needing more parts" . Nah I hung up. Called these Guys next and they were straight to the Point and most importantly NO BS . Thanks SunAuto for restoring my faith in san antonio mechanics.

PHENOMENAL SERVICE! I want to especially thank Ariel for her help and support regarding a HUGE repair job I had to do. Almost bought a new car, but she helped me to see that the problem was manageable and helped with quotes and estimates to make sure hubby and I could make an informed decision. Very appreciative of her and the rest of the team for their meticulous care of my vehicle. HIGHLY recommend!

Sun Auto Tire & Service always delivers exemplary service! Informing me of my low battery reading enabled me to get a free new battery from Auto Zone before the warranty expired in September 2026, and I wasn't even aware of a battery issue. I sincerely appreciate how Sun Auto willingly check my vehicle prior to my taking a road trip, which gives me a "peace of mind!" May God bountifully bless them for all the good they do!!!

the people here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a coolant flush and the girl at the front desk helped me get the best price (same work would cost me $300+ at a toyota dealership). Honestly, I don’t even know why I was going to the dealership for service when this amazing shop is right around the corner from my home.
